Japan diplomat committed suicide under threat from China: reports

TOKYO - A Japanese diplomat who committed suicide while based in Shanghai left suicide notes stating that Chinese intelligence was trying to blackmail him into leaking secret information, news reports said on Tuesday.

The suicide notes of the diplomat, whose name was withheld, spelt out how he was threatened by a Chinese agent over his relationship with a hostess at a karaoke club, the Weekly Bunshun magazine said.

The Japanese government acknowledged that the diplomat, a communications officer in his 40s who was in charge of encryption of classified communications with Tokyo, killed himself in May last year but declined to elaborate.

“If the incident as reported happened, we would have to take appropriate measures including filing a protest against the country involved,” Chief Cabinet Secretary Shinzo Abe told a regular press conference.

In Beijing a Chinese foreign ministry official described the reports as “groundless”.

The Chinese intelligence agency wanted to know the contents of Tokyo-bound reports from the then Shanghai-based consul-general Nobuyuki Sugimoto, who was well-connected among local politicians and Communist party members, the Weekly Bunshun magazine said in a six-page report.

The agency also wanted information on Japanese encryption systems, the weekly said, citing various unnamed foreign ministry sources.

The top-selling Yomiuri Shimbun said the diplomat’s suicide notes revealed he had been pressed to leak information about which flights are used to carry classified documents from Shanghai to Japan and who worked at the consulate.

The Japanese foreign ministry’s internal investigation team has concluded that the consul killed himself under Chinese threat, the Bunshun said.

“If I were to do more, I would have to sell Japan. I cannot sell my own country,” one of the notes said, according to the Yomiuri and Bunshun.

I'm often asked by my friends when we will return to my home country. You see, my wife and I have a child who will be of age to attend school in a few years. I used to say that we would return home in the next couple of years because we don't want him to be subjected to racism and bullying. But as of this year, my main concern isn't racism, but rather the fascist tendencies of many Korean school teachers. This came to my attention when our nephew, a bright young boy who could read and write in English and Korean when he was only 3 years old, told me he wanted a war between Korea and Japan. "All Japanese are bad because Dokdo is our land and they want to steal it", he said. I inquired as to where he had learned such a thing, to which he replied, "My teacher. She said Japan is bad." I proceeded to explain to him the evils of war and propaganda. After a long discussion, he finally came to his senses and said,"My teacher is silly." She is indeed.

And their report give you a impression which Japanese eat dogs. As a matter of fact, Japanese don’t have custom to eat dogs. Korean imported dog meat to sell them to Korean and dumped unsold head to channel. Japanese don't link to the crime.

　水路は幅約八・五メートル、水深約四十－五十センチ。見つかった頭部は腐敗が激しく、縦約二メートル、横約一メートルの範囲にまとめて捨てられていた。

親日行為を行った者が日本に協力した見返りで蓄積した財産を国庫に帰属させる「親日反民族行為者財産帰属特別法案」が７日、国会法制司法委員会（法司委） で可決された。これによって、親日派子孫らが国家を相手取り訴訟を起こし、土地を取りもどすことがむずかしくなる見込みだ。

法司委はこの 日、全体会議で与党「開かれたウリ党」（ウリ党）の崔竜圭（チェ・ヨンギュ）議員が発議した同法案を可決、本会議に渡 した。法案は、親日行為者のうち乙巳勒約（１９０５年）・韓日併合条約（１９１０年）の締結を主張した高官や爵位を受けるなど親日の程度が重大な人を「親 日反民族行為者」に定義付け、それらが当時取得した財産を国庫に帰属させる、としている。

対象となる財産は▽親日反民族行為者が日本に協 力した見返りで作った財産▽親日財産であることを認知して相続を受けたり、変形、増 殖した財産。弁護士・教授・学者ら９人からなる大統領傘下の調査委員会を設けて、親日関連財産を調べ、国庫帰属について協議する。同調査委は、関連財産調 査とともに、現在、日本人名義になっている土地を整理する業務も担当する。

The South Korean Sea Police demands the right of investigation which Japan has.Many South Korean armed fish boat often catch fishes illegally in Japanese Sea Area.And also Korean fishers often stole fishes from Japanese fish farm and they run away. And they will refuge in Korean Sea Area if they are found by Japan Coast Guard’s ship.

Penalty in Korean low is fines, but in Japanese low it is jail and fines.

Japan Coast Guard(JCG) throws paint balls which include fluorescent paint to Korean fish boat which catches or stoles fishes illegally. Koreans complain that color ball make Korean fisher injured.

Are Korean nuts?

(1) Korean fishers are criminals. Why Krean police hear their word? The police should arrest the fishers.

(2) Korean fishers are armed. Color ball is softer than their arms.

(3) Korean sea police often help fishers to run away from Japanese Sea Area. I can not understand Koean sea police who helps criminals.

6日の会談で、韓国の海上警察は、6月の事件では監禁などの罪で刑事罰が科せられたことを挙げ、捜査権の譲渡を求めた。
捜査権の譲渡は過去に例がなく、主権の侵害にあたることなどから、日本の海上保安庁は拒否する姿勢を示したとみられるが、軽微な漁業法違反については、柔軟に対応することも検討している。

　キムチ輸出企業らは、政府が被害補償や輸出物流費、支援単価の引き上げ、緊急金融支援などに応じない場合は、物理的な集団行動も辞さない考えだ。
