在日韓国人の参政権付与決議案、統一通商委が採択

【ソウル７日聯合】国会の統一外交通商委員会は７日に全体会議を開き、日本在住の韓国人に地方選挙権を付与するよう求める内容の「日本居住韓国人・朝鮮人に対する地方参政権付与決議案」を満場一致で可決した。
　ハンナラ党の鄭文憲（チョン・ムンホン）議員が代表発議したこの決議案には、「互恵的な意味で、在日韓国人らの地方選挙権保障のための法律案制定に日本の議会が積極的に取り組むことを期待する」との内容が盛り込まれた。また、日本政府に対し「在日韓国人らの特殊な歴史的背景を考慮し、処遇改善と地位向上に向け努力することを期待する」としている。
