Confiscation for Pro-Japan Peaple’s property Law is established in South Korea at Decenber 9 2005.

Korean govement can confiscate properties which Pro-Japan people make.. If your ancestor is pro-Japan, your property will confiscated to government.

All Korean congressional representatives approve this law.

Even if you are not pro-Japan, your properties will be confiscated because your grandfather or grandmother is Pro-Japan.

I can not believe it.

1. If your ancestor have a guilt, you will be a guilty.

2.This is a retroactive law.

3.You will be pernished if you support the specific country. Are there freedom of opinion in South Korea?

4. Nobodyis opposed to this law.

It seems that Koreans do everything to eliminate Japan.

親日派子孫「先祖の土地」取り戻しが難しくなる

親日行為を行った者が日本に協力した見返りで蓄積した財産を国庫に帰属させる「親日反民族行為者財産帰属特別法案」が７日、国会法制司法委員会（法司委） で可決された。これによって、親日派子孫らが国家を相手取り訴訟を起こし、土地を取りもどすことがむずかしくなる見込みだ。

法司委はこの 日、全体会議で与党「開かれたウリ党」（ウリ党）の崔竜圭（チェ・ヨンギュ）議員が発議した同法案を可決、本会議に渡 した。法案は、親日行為者のうち乙巳勒約（１９０５年）・韓日併合条約（１９１０年）の締結を主張した高官や爵位を受けるなど親日の程度が重大な人を「親 日反民族行為者」に定義付け、それらが当時取得した財産を国庫に帰属させる、としている。

対象となる財産は▽親日反民族行為者が日本に協 力した見返りで作った財産▽親日財産であることを認知して相続を受けたり、変形、増 殖した財産。弁護士・教授・学者ら９人からなる大統領傘下の調査委員会を設けて、親日関連財産を調べ、国庫帰属について協議する。同調査委は、関連財産調 査とともに、現在、日本人名義になっている土地を整理する業務も担当する。
